The product evaluation program is designed for busy health care professionals.  Here is how it works.  

Upon accepting your application, we’ll send you a supply of Product Evaluation Program packets, each with: 

• A notecard with a link to our website and instructions on how to use the included discount code to receive the recommended product free of any charges.

• A 0.5oz sample of the selected product for your patient to start using immediately.  The sample tube will easily last until the retail product arrives, usually within four days of order.

• We ask evaluators to send us before and after pictures of the treated site.  The card provides instructions on how to take before and after pictures.

• We request pictures only to illustrate results.  We will never release evaluator identities.
