Shipping

  • We process orders within two business days.  Purchase orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with delivery within two to five days.  
  • Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
  • Weekend orders generally ship on Monday.   

Delivery Notices – You will receive an email notification that the USPS driver has delivered your package.

Non-Delivery – If you receive a delivered email but did not receive your package, please contact USPS with your tracking number handy; USPS needs that number to help you. If USPS cannot help you, please contact us directly at info@novothera.com.  

Returns Policy

Our goal is to provide you with effective solutions to your skin conditions.  We hope you’ll be completely happy with your products, and we will accept any full-size product for a moneyback return (no exchanges) as long as it is 25% full and received within 60 days of initial product delivery.     

Here’s how to request your money back: 

  1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased Scar Cream or Rapid Healing Cream directly from Novo Thera’s online store. 
  2. You must continuously use the Novo Thera product for at least four weeks; that commitment gives the product a reasonable opportunity to show you visible results. 
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with performance of Scar Cream or Rapid Healing Cream, email us at ask@novothera.com with the subject header Return Guarantee and describe your experience with the product. 
  4. Once your moneyback request is approved, return the product in its original packaging via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.  
  5. Returns must be received at our offices within 60 days of original product delivery.  
  6. Shipping costs for returning the product(s) are the sole responsibility of the claimant.
  7. Any returns received that were not authorized by our team or that do not meet the return criteria will be recycled/disposed of.
